目的 建立吴茱萸道地药材化学特征指纹图谱.方法采用HPLC梯度洗脱法, 对吴茱萸药材进行测定, 流动相为0. 04%辛烷磺酸钠与0.05%磷酸的水溶液一乙腈, 检测波长230 nm, 记录80 min的色谱.结果运用梯度洗脱能很好分离吴茱萸的各类成分, 经方法学考察, HPLC指纹图谱具有良好的重现性; 11批样品中21个特征指纹峰有专属性.结论本研究建立的指纹图谱分析方法可用于吴茱萸药材质量的综合评价, 也可用于道地性考察

Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Evodiae Fructus from genuine medicinal materials. Methods The gradient elution was adopted with acetonitrile 0. 04% octane sulfuric acid sodium salt and 0. 05% phosphoric acid in water as mobile phase, and detection wavelength was at 230 nm. All the samples were recorded in 80 min. Results The constitutents of Evodiae Fructus were well separated on HPLC, and the HPLC fingerprint of 11 batches of samples was established.
