对壮骨止痛方有效成分进行关联分析,探讨其对“肾虚血瘀证”疾病网络的干预作用。通过对壮骨止痛方传统功效、有效成分和现代药理作用研究的文献调研,并利用Cytoscape软件进行复杂网络分析,同时还验证了壮骨止痛方组方结构,并有效地归纳了有效成分的“君、臣、佐、使”。壮骨止痛方药效物质基础为补骨脂素、淫羊藿苷、枸杞多糖、骨碎补总黄酮、齐墩果酸、金粉蕨素和牛膝甾酮。壮骨止痛方的补肾活血功效与其提高雌激素、增加骨密度等现代药理作用有较大的关联性。壮骨止痛方的有效成分符合各单味药“君、臣、佐、使”的组方结构,壮骨止痛方其有效成分可经由Wnt/β-catenin、 ERK/MAEK/NF-κB等多...

To analyze the intervention of the effective components of Zhuanggu Zhitong Prescription for the disease networks of blood stasis syndrome of kidney deficiency.
