目的探讨益气解毒颗粒对鼻咽癌移植瘤微环境中调节性T细胞(Treg)主导的免疫耐受的影响,及其与顺铂联合应用的体内抗肿瘤效应。方法采用肿瘤细胞CNE2制备鼻咽癌移植瘤裸鼠模型,观察益气解毒颗粒单用或与顺铂联合使用在体内的抑瘤效应,检测转录因子叉头翼状螺旋转录因子(Foxp3)和维甲酸依赖性孤核受体γ(ROR-γt)蛋白表达水平和荷瘤裸鼠血清中IFN-γ、TGF-β、IL-17等的水平。结果益气解毒颗粒组和联合治疗组的荷瘤裸鼠血清中TGF-β和IL-17水平明显低于模型组,IFN-γ水平明显高于模型组和顺铂组,凋亡率明显高于模型组,Foxp3蛋白表达明显升高,ROR-γt蛋白表达明显下降,其中联合治疗组明显优于各药单...

Objective To investigate the immune tolerance of Qi-Boosting Toxin-Resolving Granules (QBTRF) to Treg in the micro- environment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) transplanted tumor, and reveal the possible anti-tumor mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.
