Objective: To study the sensitizer of Houttuynia cordata Injection (鱼腥草注射剂) based on supramolecular imprinting template and nonlinear regression. Methods: Houttuynia cordata Injection (18.1 mL/kg) was administered to mice by tail vein injection. Samples were collected at different time points to analyze by GC-MS and determine the content of IgE. The common components were screened out from all samples, and non-common components were classified and divided into several component groups.
