　　五味为中药药性的重要组成部分，亦是中药结合了现代科学及古代经验的精华。通过国内知网、万方等各大数据库，查询了近十年来五味理论的相关文献。从物质基础、现代药理研究及数据挖掘三大方面对五味理论的研究进行综述，为后续中药五味的研究提供新的思路，为中药药性的研究奠定基础。
