A simple, sensitive and reliable HPLC-DAD method was performed for the simultaneous determination of 13 nucleosides and nucleobases including cytosine, uracil, cytidine, hypoxanthine, uridine, thymine, 2′-deoxyuridine, adenine, inosine, guanosine, thymidine, adenosine and 2′-deoxyadenosine in Ganoderma lucidum and its related species.
