目的 探讨案例式立体教学法在心胸外科临床实习教学中的应用并评估其效果.方法 选取具有可比性的临床医学专业五年制本科班级的学生60名随机分为实验组与对照组,分别采用案例式立体教学法和传统带教方法进行实习带教,实习结束后统一进行考试.结果 实验组理论成绩,案例分析能力均高于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 CTTM教学法能改善临床医学专业本科生心胸外科实习教学效果,提高学生分析和解决临床问题的能力.

Objective To investigate Case three-dimensional teaching method in clinical practice teaching of Cardiothoracic Surgery and e- valuate its effect. Methods 60 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopt- ed CITM teaching method, and the control group used traditional teaching method.
