目的复制符合中医学发病特点的湿热蕴结胆囊结石模型.方法采用含有不同剂量辛辣、油腻的饲料喂养家兔,对胆囊胆汁粘滞度、结石形成及胆囊粘膜病理情况进行观察.结果模型4组有2只家兔死亡;造模各组胆汁粘滞度均较空白对照组增加,模型2、3、4组增加更为明显;模型2组仅1只家兔有肉眼可见的结石形成,模型3、4组均有6只家兔有肉眼可见的结石形成,3组均有大量的胆固醇结晶析出;模型各组胆囊粘膜病理变化均以炎症性改变为主.结论上述观察提示使用模型3组(饲料配方为普通饲料∶胆固醇∶辣椒∶动物脂肪按100∶0.5∶0.5∶1的比例配制)方法复制模型较好.

Objective To reconstruct cholelithiasis models of damp heat accamulation syndrome in accordance with the pathogenesis t h eory of traditional Chinese medicine.
