目的 探讨层级管理在老年医院养老护理员中的应用效果.方法 采用目的抽样法选择湖南省人民医院马王堆院区246名养老护理员为研究对象,于2016年1—6月对养老护理员进行层级管理培训,于培训后采用核心胜任力量表、自制考核试卷、护理质量满意度问卷进行调查分析.结果 培训后,养老护理员核心胜任力得分为(425.17±14.50)分,高于培训前(398.79±23.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.464,P

Objective To explore the effects of grading management among elderly caregivers in the geriatric hospital. Methods We selected 246 elderly caregivers as subjects in Mawangdui District of HuMan Provincial People＇s Hospital by purposive sampling.
