Investigation on the status of traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge-attitude-practice of newly recruited nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospital

目的:调查中医医院新入职护士中医护理知信行现状，为改进新入职护士中医护理规范化培训提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样法，于2020年3—4月选取湖南省6所市级以上中医医院的800名新入职护士为研究对象。采用中医护理知信行现状调查问卷进行调查。本研究共发放问卷800份，回收有效问卷768份，有效回收率为96%。结果:中医医院新入职护士中医护理知信行现状调查问卷得分为（191.61±41.80）分；认知、信念维度得分为（73.93±17.21）、（78.17±15.81）分，处于中等水平；行为维度得分为（39.51±8.78）分，处于低等水平。不同医院级别、工作年限、是否为中医院校毕业、是否接受过中医护理知识和技能...
