目的 探讨复方柴金解郁片(CJJYT)对抑郁症认知障碍的改善作用及其潜在机制.方法 体外实验中,从胎鼠全脑中分离海马,进一步培养海马神经元细胞;实验前18 h,除对照组外,每组均加50μM CORT构建抑郁环境;建立模型后,空白血清组加10%空白血清,CJJYT组、文拉法辛组分别加入对应10%含药血清,空白组和模型组则加入等体积培养液.检测各组海马神经元细胞内Ca2+平均荧光强度;记录mEPSC电流幅度和频率,评估海马神经元的突触功能.此外,通过免疫荧光染色,高内涵分析海马神经元突触可塑性相关蛋白SYN-α、NR2A、NR2B、PSD-95、CaMKⅡ和SynGAP的表达;采用反转录聚合酶链反应检测SYN-α、NR2A、NR2B、PSD-95、...

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of compound Chai Jin Jie Yu Tablets (CJJYT) in ameliorating cognitive impairment associated with depression and its potential mechanism of action.
