Determination of Ligustrazine in Chuanma Granules by HPLC

目的:建立川麻颗粒中川芎嗪的含量测定方法.方法:高效液相色谱法,YWG-C18反相柱,流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(35:65),检测波长300nm.结果:川芎嗪在0.1255 μg～1.255μg呈良好的线性关系,γ=0.9999,平均回收率98.94%,RSD=1.29%(n=6).结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于该制剂成分的含量测定.

Objective: To establish a HPLC determination of Ligustrazine in Chuanma Granales. Methods: HPLC analysis was carried out on YWG-C18 ODS column, with methanol-1% acetic acid (35:65) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 300nm. Result: Ligustrazine showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.1255μg～1.255μg,r=0.9999. The average recovery was 98.94%, RSD was 1.29%( n =6).
