Study on the Quality Standard of Tonglin Granules

目的:制定通淋颗粒的质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别黄柏、桂枝、丹参,高效液相色谱法测定小檗碱的含量.结果:薄层斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰;含量测定平均回收率为97.88%,RSD为0.87%.结论:该方法准确、重复性好,可有效控制本制剂的质量.

Objective: To establish the quality standard on Tonglin granules. Method: TLC identified Rhizoma atractylodes, Radix saria miliorrhiza, Ramulus cinnamoml, the content of berberine was determined by HPLC. Results: The TLC spots was fairly clear, negative samples were no interference and the average recovery of Berberine was 97.88%, RSD 0.87%.
