目的:探讨还少丹对SD大鼠血清及肝组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（glutath ione peroxidase,GSH-Px）活性及丙二醛（m alod ialdehyde,MDA）含量的影响。方法:测定老年药物组、老年对照组及青年对照组SD大鼠血清及肝组织中GSH-Px活性及MDA含量,GSH-Px活性测定采用DTNB法,MDA含量测定采用TBA法。结果:与青年对照组比较,老年对照组大鼠血清及肝中GSH-Px的活性下降,而MDA的含量升高（P

Objective： To investigate the effect of Huanshaodan on the activity of GSH - Px and the content of MDA of serum and liver tissue in SD rats. Method： The activity of GSH -Px and the content of MDA of serum and liver tissue in SD rats of old drug group, old control group and young control group were determined with different ways.
