Experimental Studies on Regulating Thyroid Hormone of Hyperthyreosis Model Rat With External and Internal Combined Therapy

目的:观察内外合治对甲亢模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法:将SD大鼠随机分成6组:正常对照组、甲亢模型组、西药对照组、甲亢方组、内外合治组、甲亢平膏外治组,用优甲乐灌服制作大鼠甲亢模型,观察甲亢方内服和甲亢平膏外贴相结合对模型大鼠的影响,21d后放免法测定血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、三碘甲腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）含量。结果:内外合治能降低甲亢大鼠血清T3、T4、FT3、FT4含量,提高血清TSH。结论:内外合治能够显著改善甲亢大鼠甲状腺功能。

Objective： To observe the effects of external and internal combined therapy（EICT） on rats of hyperthyreosis model. Methods： All SD rats were randomly divided into six groups： Normal control group, Hyperthyreosis model group, western drugs group, Hyperthyreosis formula group, EICT group, Jiakangping ointment group.
