Immune Anti-tumor Effect of Shiquandabu Decoction and Jinlingzi Powder in Epatoma-xenograft Rats

目的:初步研究十全大补汤合金铃子散对移植性肝癌大鼠的免疫抑瘤作用。方法:以大鼠CRL-1548瘤株移植入雄性SD大鼠为模型,系统地观察十全大补汤合金铃子散对瘤重和脾细胞免疫功能的影响。结果:十全大补汤合金铃子散对移植性肝癌大鼠的平均抑瘤率高达51.3%,且剂量依赖性地抑制瘤重量,明显促进NK活性和IL-2分泌,增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力。结论:十全大补汤合金铃子散增强荷瘤大鼠细胞免疫功能是其抑制肿瘤效应的可能机制。

Objective： To observe immune anti-tumor effect of Shiquandabu decoction and Jinlingzi powder in hepatoma-xenograft rats. Methods： The hepatoma-xenograft rats was constructed as model, systematically observing the effects of Shiquandabu decoction and Jinlingzi powder on tumor weight and immune function of spleen cell.
