归纳中医对小儿体质学说有“稚阳”、“五脏有余不足”、“少阳”与“稚阴稚阳”学说等4种不同认识；总结影响小儿体质形成的因素有先天禀赋、饮食起居、地理环境、人文环境与医药因素；并对小儿体质类型的划分情况进行了综述；最后指出了目前该方面研究的不足之处。

The paper summarized 4 kinds of different recognition of tradiotnal Chinese medicine on child body constitution, discussed influencing fators of child body constitution, referring to inherent disposition, food and daily life, geographical environment, social environment and medical factors.
