目的:探讨复方钩藤降压片治疗高血压病左室肥厚阴虚阳亢、瘀血阻络证的临床疗效.方法:将62例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,治疗组给予复方钩藤降压片联合马来酸依那普利治疗,对照组给予马来酸依那普利治疗,连续治疗12周后评价疗效.结果:降压疗效治疗组总有效率为87.1%,对照组总有效率为83.9%,治疗组优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为96.8%,对照组为74.2%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P

Objective： To study the clinical effects of compound uncaria hypotensive tablet on hypertensive disease with left ventricular hypertrophy of complex syndrome of yin deficiency yang excess and Blood stasis.
