目的：了解湖南省基层中医药科技人员科技信息利用中存在的影响因素。方法：通过问卷调查为主，电话采访、面对面访谈为辅的方法，选择200d；湖南省基层中医药科研骨干人员进行问卷调查及统计分析。结果：中医药科技信息资源建设、科技信息资源种类及开放程度、信息资源获取方式及途径、个体信息素养等方面是影响基层科技人员信息利用效率的主要因素。结论：为基层构建无障碍科技信息资源服务平台，提供个性化、专业化的便捷服务，培养基层科技人员利用信息资源的能力是关键。

Objective： To investigate the influence on information utilization of robust Chinese medicine science and tech- nology personnel in Hunan province.
