Objective: To observe the coagulation and thrombosis effects of Naotaifang(脑泰方). Methods: Experimental rat's thrombosis was induced by electro-stimrlating. The prothrom-bin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTF), thrombin time(TF), fibrinogen(Fib)of normal rats were determined; ELISA was used to evaluate the TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αlevel in rate plasma.
