目的:建立同时测定疏毛吴茱萸中吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱和柠檬苦素的含量的方法以及分析含量动态变化,为合理采收提供科学依据。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Agi Lent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(55:45);流速:1 m L·min-1;检测波长:225 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:疏毛吴茱萸中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量在7月底即果实呈黄绿色未开裂前最高,柠檬苦素含量从6月初开始逐渐递减。结论:疏毛吴茱萸的最佳采收期为果实呈黄绿色未开裂前。

Objective: To find out the best ilarvest time for fi'uits of Evodia rutaecarpa (var.) bodinieri by determining the contents of Evodiamine, rutaecarpine and Limonin in the fruits collected at various periods.
