Three Cases of Professor CHEN Chou-fu on Stubborn Diseases from Blood Stasis

通过跟师临证学习,对程丑夫教授从瘀论治疑难病的医案进行了整理。程师认为,瘀血的形成更多地与气、湿、痰交混而生,久之便成为顽病痼疾。疑难病证,特别是久治不愈的顽病,其病必见瘀血,或以瘀血为主证,或他证挟有瘀血,故治瘀为治疗疑难病重要法则,在治瘀时,除直用活血化瘀药方外,要注意致瘀之因的治疗。临证用药须根据药力、归经、药性来选用,方不致有误。该文摘录程丑夫教授从瘀论治血小板增高症、脑梗死恢复期、糖尿病神经病变等验案3则,以示程师学术经验之一斑。

By following the teacher in clinical study, the cases of professor CHEN Chou-fu treating stubborn diseases from blood stasis were arranged. Professor CHEN Chou-fu said the formation of blood stasis was more related to Qi, dampness and phlegm and that it became obstinate disease ills with long term. Stubborn diseases, especially the non-healing disease,would show blood stasis, or with priority to with blood stasis, or Carrying with blood stasis; therefore, to treat blood stasis was an important rule.
