目的：了解护生对临床实习带教质量的评价，分析临床实习带教存在的问题，提出相应的对策，以提高，临床护理教学质量。方法：采用自制的带教老师教学质量评价量表对126Z实习初、中、后期护生进行调查，并每次随机抽取10名护生进行访谈，了解临床教师素质、教学方式、教学内涵、教学态度4个方面共20项指标。结果：护生对临床带教老师的总体评价良好。“教师素质”及“教学态度”中条目得分较高；“教学内涵”及“教学方式”中部分条目得分较低，主要体现在培养护生临床评判思维能力、沟通能力及科研意识等方面存在不足。结论：临床带教老师需要在培养护生临床评判思维能力、沟通能力及科研意识方...

Objective： To understand the quality of nursing students in clinical practice, analyze the existing problems and propose countermeasures to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
