目的:通过建立的高效液相色谱法对吴茱萸及其炮制品中吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱和柠檬苦素3个指标性成分含量进行测定,并进行对比分析。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agi Lent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(55:45);流速:1 m L·min~(-1);检测波长:225 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:吴茱萸炮制品与生品相比较,3个指标性成分含量均下降,其中柠檬苦素含量下降较多。结论:吴茱萸炮制后对吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱含量影响不大,对柠檬苦素含量影响较大。

Objective:To develop an HPLC method to determine the content of evodiamine, rutaecarpine and Limonin in crude Evodia and its processed products, and do comparative analysis. Methods: The separation was performed on the AgiLent C18 (4.6mm×250mm, 5 μm) coLumn with acetonitrile-water (55:45) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL min-1.
