Literature Study on the Clinical Prescription and Medication of Vascular Dementia

目的:探讨中医治疗血管性痴呆的处方用药特点,以指导临床实践.方法:通过计算机检索和人工查阅近10年来国内有关中医药治疗血管性痴呆的文献,对临床治疗血管性痴呆的处方、药物组成和功效进行统计分析.结果:共纳入393篇文献,出现315首不同处方、214种方名,组成中药共计214味;在214味组成药物和使用频次超过10次的60味药中,具有补肾功能的药物种类和使用频次最多,其次分别是具有活血化瘀、化痰开窍药.结论:中医治疗血管性痴呆常用治法为补肾活血化痰,多用补肾益精、活血化瘀、化痰开窍之药.

Objective： To explore the feature of the clinical prescription and medication of Chinese tradition- al treatment of vascular dementia （VD） in order to guide the clinical practice. Methods： By the computer re- trieval and manual inspection of TCM literature of VD of recent 10 years, the statistical analysis was made which were mainly related to the clinical prescription and drug composition and functions.
