Analysis on Professor HE Ju-qiao＇s Experience and Drug Characteristics in Chronic Prostatitis by Data Mining Technology

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析总结贺菊乔教授治疗慢性前列腺炎的证型分布及用药规律.方法:收集贺菊乔教授门诊2356诊次慢性前列腺炎患者的病历资料,对其证型分布及用药规律进行数据挖掘分析.结果:2356诊次慢性前列腺炎患者以湿热蕴结+气滞血瘀证居多,治疗以清热利湿、活血化瘀为主,其中清热利湿药以金钱草、益母草、白花蛇舌草使用频次最高;活血化瘀药以丹参、红藤使用频次最高.结论:贺菊乔教授治疗慢性前列腺炎辨证以湿热蕴结与气滞血瘀复合证型为首,其处方用药规律符合这一辨证思路.

Objective： To analyze and summarize Professor He Juqiao＇s Experience and Characteristics of syndrome type and drug law in Treatment of chronic prostatitis by data mining technology. Methods： By collecting all the medical records of 2356 patients with chronic prostatitis, professor HE Ju-qiao＇s experience and the characteristics of syndrome type and drug law was summarized.
