总结了转化医学的产生和发展,分析了中医药研究生的培养现状,并将转化医学的理念引入到中医药学研究生教育中,改变传统中医药学研究生教育模式,在树立转化医学的理念和思维,优化研究生课程体系、建设转化医学导师队伍和实践基地等方面进行有益的尝试,有利于中医药学研究生可持续发展的培养。

This essay summarizes the generation and development of translational medicine,analyzed the current situation of the cultivation of graduate students of TCM, introduced the translational medicine ideology into the education of Chinese traditional medicine and pharmacy to change the TCM postgraduate education model.
