目的:研究肛裂切除术后患者应用银黄生肌膏纱条换药的临床疗效,为该方应用于肛裂术后恢复提供科学依据.方法:将60例肛裂术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例.术后每天使后换药1次.治疗组予银黄生肌膏纱条换药.对照组予凡士林纱条换药.观察记录患者术后疼痛消失的最早时间、创面愈合时间、记录术后第3天、第7天、第14天创面肉芽色泽状态积分及术后21 d的临床疗效等指标.结果:治疗术后疼痛消失的时间、创面愈合天数,创面肉芽色泽状态积分及临床疗效方面,治疗组均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:银黄生肌膏纱条换药对促进肛裂术后创面愈合疗效显著,明显优于凡士林.

Objective： To study the clinical effect of excision of anal fissure patients after application of Yinhuang Shengji ointment gauze dressing, and to provide scientific basis for the clinical application.
