Compare on the Content of Bronyl Acetate and Total Volatile Oil in Fructus Amomi from Different Producing Area

目的：优选砂仁的最佳产地。方法：采用气相色谱法测定不同产地砂仁中乙酸龙脑酯的含量,蒸馏法测定总挥发油的含量。结果：不同产地砂仁中乙酸龙脑酯与总挥发油的含量由高到低为：阳春砂〉越南砂〉海南砂〉老挝砂〉绿壳砂〉缅甸砂。结论：该研究为砂仁的最佳产地提供了试验数据。

Objective： To optimize the best producing area of Sharen （Fruetus Amomi）. Methods： The eonlent of Bronyl Aeelate in Fructus Amomi of producing area was determined by GC. The content of total volatile oil was determined by distillation. Resuhs： Tbe content of Bronyl Aeelate and total volatile oil in Fruetus Amomi of different origins from high to lowwas as follows： Yangchunsha〉Yuenansha〉Hainansha〉Laowosha〉Lvkesha〉 Miandiansha.
