Optimum the Prescription of Binghe Lotion by Bacteriostasis and Irritation Experiments

目的:优选冰荷洗剂的最佳处方。方法:以抑菌作用和刺激性等3项指标进行综合评价,对(1)原方、(2)原方除花椒、(3)原方除花椒加土槿皮、(4)原方除花椒龙胆加土槿皮蛇床子等4个处方进行筛选。结果:综合分高低顺序为(4)>(3)>(2)与(1)。结论:原方除花椒龙胆加土槿皮蛇床子的处方抑菌最好、刺激性最低。

Objective： To optimize the prescription of Binghe Lotion. Methods： The three indicators of bacteriostatic action and irritating were evaluated. （1） original prescription, （2）original prescription in addition to Chinese Prickly Ash, （3）original prescription in addition to Chinese Prickly Ash and to add Cortex Pseudolaricis, （4）original prescription in addition to Chinese Prickly Ash, Gentian and to add Cortex Pseudolaricis, Cnidii Fructus so on four kind of prescription were optimized.
