目的:探讨四神丸及其拆方（去补骨脂）对脾肾阳虚泄泻大鼠瘦素（Leptin）、胆囊收缩素（CCK）和三磷酸肌醇（IP3）的影响。方法:将50只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、得舒特组、四神丸组及四神丸拆方组各10只;采用灌服大黄水煎液和肌内注射氢化可的松的方法复制脾肾阳虚泄泻大鼠模型,灌胃14 d后观察各组大鼠的一般状态,检测血清中Leptin、CCK和胃窦、十二指肠组织中IP3含量变化。结果:模型组大鼠的体质量、血清Leptin、CCK含量均低于正常组,胃肠组织IP3含量高于正常组,差异均有统计学意义（P

Objective： To explore the effect of Sishenwan and its disassembled prescriptions （get rid of Fructus Psoraleae） on Leptin, CCK and IP3 of rats with diarrhea of Asdthenic Splenonephro-yang （AS）.
