目的：观察循经按摩结合穴位贴敷千预治疗卒中相关性肺炎（SAP）的临床效果。方法：将80例卒中相关性肺炎患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予经验抗生素治疗和护理；治疗组在对照组治疗和护理基础上加用手指点穴、循经按摩和穴位贴敷疗法，2次／d。疗程均为10d。通过观察对l：e,2组患者治疗前及治疗10dN的临床肺部感染评分（CPIS）变化，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果：治疗10dN，治疗组的有效率为90．0％，明显高于对照组的65．0％（P〈0．05）。结论：循经按摩干预治疗卒中相关性肺炎可提高治疗总有效率，有效控制肺部感染症状、体征。

Objective： To observe the effects of meridian massage combined with acupoint application on stroke associated pneumonia （SAP）.
