目的:观察柴芍六君子汤防治肝癌TACE术后栓塞综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例经TACE治疗后的原发性肝癌患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例,两组均予护肝等对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上予柴芍六君子汤口服,30 d为1个疗程,观察两组发热、腹痛、恶心呕吐、肝功能及体温控制、甲胚蛋白（AFP）水平改善情况、实体瘤疗效、生活质量。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者发热、腹痛、恶心呕吐程度、肝功能严重程度分级均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P
