阐述枳术丸的渊源和配伍规律,总结了李东垣及后世医家根据主证和兼证的不同,扩展了其临床运用范围;概述了枳术丸加减方灵活运用于治疗功能性消化不良、胃食管反流病、功能性便秘等疾病的研究进展。枳术丸组方精良,有健脾消食,行气化湿之功,主治脾虚食积证。

This paper expounds the origin and compatibility of Zhizhu Pills, and summarizes the different clinical applications field extended by LI Dong-yuan and later medical doctors according to the chief sign and concun＇ent pattern. It summarizes the flexible application of Zhizhu Pills in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, gastroesophageal reflux disease and funetional constipation.
