目的:探索大数据背景下适合于基层本地特色的中医药信息数据集成与应用系统开发。方法:基于Client/Server架构将不同主题的个性化中医药信息数据分门别类进行集成管理;基于Browser/Senrer架构开发中医药信息数据查询系统,实现中医药信息资源的网络共享应用。结果:将散存于不同结构、不同载体中的中成药产品信息集成了包含有“产品名称、处方组成、主治功效、用法用量、不良反应、药材味数、信息来源”等18个结构字段的结构型数据集合近60,000条,中成药品种共计10,068条。实现了同字段之间和不同字段之间精确或模糊逻辑检索。结论:该系统结构简单,适合基层中医医院及中医药研究院所开展数据集成管...
