Objective： To observe the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction （半夏泻心汤, BXXXD） on intestinal flora and intestinal mucosa in mice with spleen-deficiency constipation. Methods： The 24 Kumning mice were randomly and equally divided into normal group, model group, Zhizhu decoction （枳术汤） group, and BXXXD group.
