综述了中医运动疗法在老年患者各系统慢性疾病稳定期的康复应用进展,认为提高老年慢性疾病稳定期的康复治疗水平亟待解决。中医运动疗法源远流长,八段锦、易筋经、太极拳等康复运动疗法在老年慢性疾病的康复治疗中,发挥了重要的作用。

This paper reviews the application of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） exercise therapy in the rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic diseases in different systems.
