Diet Selection of the Prevention and Treatment for Kidney Deficiency Type of Osteoporosis Based on Delphi Method

目的：探讨防治肾虚型骨质疏松症的补肾药膳方，为后期研究补肾药膳方的实验研究提供前期基础。方法：在查阅文献的基础上制定6种补肾药膳方调查表，采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家咨询。结果：2轮咨询问卷有效回收率均为100％；专家权威程度较高，协调意见较为一致，最终确定以狗肉、羊肾、山药、枸杞组成的补肾药膳方进行防治肾虚型骨质疏松症的研究。结论：该自拟配方具有一定的可靠性和可信性，可作为后期实验研究的药膳方．

Objective： To explore the more scientific diet of the prevention and treatment for kidney deficiency type of osteoporosis, and provide preliminary basis for. the next research of diet effect. Methods： A total of 6 kinds of kidney medicinal diet questionnaire were designed on the basis of literature review and two rounds of expert consultation were taken by using Delphi method.
