Study on the Dynamic Changes of Excitatory Effect of Betel Nut Processed Products in Single Consumption

目的:通过观察口味王两种槟榔加工品与即溶咖啡饮品、红牛维生素功能饮料单次食用对小鼠自主活动的影响,寻找槟榔兴奋作用动态变化的规律,比较4种产品兴奋作用的特性和差别。方法:小鼠50只,雄雌各半,随机分成5组,分别为蒸馏水组、和成天下槟榔组、精制青果食用槟榔组、即溶咖啡饮品组,红牛维生素功能饮料组,单次灌胃给予相应受试物,连续测定60 min内小鼠自主活动次数。建立小鼠自主活动次数随时间变化的数学模型,求出兴奋作用速度参数及强度参数,比较4种产品兴奋作用速度及强度差别。结果:（1）4种产品每次测定的单次食用兴奋作用随时间的变化规律总的趋势是单次食用后兴奋作用迅速达到最大值,然...
