Retrospective Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ointment in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hu'nan University of Chinese Medicine in Recent Six Years

目的:分析医院近几年膏方的使用情况,研究膏方发展的规律和特点.方法:回顾性研究湖南中医药大学第一附属医院2013-2018年膏方处方资料,并对资料进行统计、分析.结果:共提取了6年的膏方处方信息,调研了52,641张处方.结果发现2013-2017年期间,膏方的使用量在逐年上升,2014-2017年4年度分别增长了20％、23％、48％、44％.2013-2018年6个年度里,膏方使用性别比例(女:男)分别为1.4:1、1.3:1、1.5:1、2.2:1、4.7:1、4.7:1.膏方使用年龄段群体比较:青年＞中年＞童年、老年、少年,其中青年和中年群体在2013-2018年6个年度里分别占到81％、82％、81％、84％、92％、92％.通过对比不同季节膏方处方量的变化...
