Effect of Kidney-invigorating Diet on PINP Index and Bone Morphology in PMOP Model Rats

Objective:To observe the effect of kidney-invigorating diet on PINP index and bone morphological changes in PMOP model rats.Methods:SPF female SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham operation group,model blank group,kidney-invigorating diet high dose group,low dose group and Gushukang(骨疏康)group,with 10 rats in each group.Except normal group and sham operation group,other rats were ovariectomized.After 15 days of adaptive feeding,the rats were divided into groups for 12 weeks.ELISA method was used to detect the expression of PIN...
