目的:建立骨刺康复丸中指标性成分青风藤碱的含量测定方法.方法:采用HPLC法,流动相为乙腈-乙二胺(32∶68),流速为1.0 mL/min,色谱柱为ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),检测波长为262 nm;柱温为30℃.结果:青藤碱在14.5～580 μg/mL之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.97％,RSD％值为2.87％.结论:采用高效液相色谱法测定青藤碱含量稳定、可靠,重现性好.

Objective: To establish composition index orientvine alkali content determination method for Guci Kangfu pill. Methods: HPLC Mobile phase: acetonitrile-ethylenediamine(32∶68);flow rate: 1.0 mL/min;The chromatographic column is ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), Wavelength: 262 nm;Temperature: 30 ℃. Results: Sinoacutine showed a linear range in the contents of 14.5-580 μg/mL(r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.97%,with RSD% of 2.87%.
