国医大师孙光荣将一般辨证元素归纳为10种,即时令、男女、长幼、干湿、劳逸、鳏寡、生育、新旧、裕涩、旺晦。具体而言,时令为节气气候情况,是大背景;男女为性别情况,是前提;长幼为年龄情况,是方向;干湿为居住环境,是小背景;劳逸为个人生活状态,是内部原因;鳏寡为婚配情况,是外在原因;生育为孕育情况,是内在因素;新旧为患病情况,是程度因素;裕涩为生活经济情况,是外部条件;旺晦为生活处境情况,是外部诱因。一般辨证元素是中医辨证的前提和基础,分析10种一般辨证元素的关系及临床意义,对于中医诊治疾病有较大参考价值。
