总结中医药调控线粒体自噬治疗心肌缺血的研究进展。线粒体自噬与缺血性心脏病的发生及进展存在密切联系,中医药可通过多途径、多靶点调节线粒体自噬水平,影响自噬小体形态结构及数量,调节LC3Ⅱ、Beclin1、p62等自噬相关蛋白的表达,起到保护缺血心肌的作用。

This paper summarizes the research progress of Chinese medicine regulating mitochondrial autophagy in the treatment of myocardial ischemia.Mitochondrial autophagy is closely related to the occurrence and progress of ischemic heart disease.Many studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the level of mitochondrial autophagy through multiple channels and targets,affect the morphological structure and quantity of autophagy bodies,regulate the expression of autophagy related egg whites such as LC3Ⅱ,Beclin1...
