目的：探索护理本科生专业认同与职业生涯规划的关系，为构建合理的职业生涯规划指导体系提供依据。方法采用护理本科生专业认同问卷、护理本科生个人职业生涯规划调查问卷对503名大二至大四的护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生职业生涯规划总体及各因子得分的性别、生源地差异不显著（P＞0.05），不同年级护生在职业生涯规划总分及自我认识、就业信心、职业生涯定向维度上均存在显著差异（P

Objective To explore the relationship between professional identity and career planning of nursing undergraduates and to provide reference for establishing the guiding system of undergraduate nurses ’ career planning. Methods Totally 503 nursing students were investigated by nursing undergraduates ’ professional identity questionnaire and nursing college students career planning questionnaire.
