目的探讨血府逐瘀汤对大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用.方法采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素(pit)造成急性心肌缺血模型,观察血府逐瘀汤对实验性心肌缺血大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.结果血府逐瘀汤可以明显提高血清NO、SOD的含量,显著降低ET、MDA含量(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠具有保护作用,其机制可能与调节NO、ET含量、减轻自由基损伤有关.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods Pituitrin was injected into dorsal veins of tongue to reproduce the model of acute myocardial ischemia. The contents of NO, ET, SOD and MDA in serum were observed.
