通过查阅和收集药食同源、药膳及茶类相关古代文献及现代文献,对药食同源类药膳茶进行综合文献梳理研究,围绕"茶"的保健功能拓展与品饮方式沿革,多维度界定药食同源类药膳茶的概念内涵及外延,以期药膳学、制药工程等多学科融合交叉进而设计和推出相关药膳茶产品提供理论依据.

The medicine food homology, medicinal food and tea were comprehensivly study by consulting and collecting ancient and modern literatures.
