Objective To observe the protective effect of acupuncture at Neiguan point （内关穴） on myoeardia in rats with myocardial isehemia/reperfusion （I/R） injury and explore the relationship between the effect and the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine （5-HT） in the dorsal spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion （DRG）.
