Observation on 17 Patients of Radio-ulcer with Combined TCM-WM Therapy

用中西医结合治疗放射性溃疡１７例并与单纯西药对照观察，治疗组总疗效（９４．１％）明显优于对照组（５２．９％），治疗组平均止痛时间６２．１８天，平均疮面液化时间８０．１６天，平均有效时间１０７．５５天，均较对照组短（Ｐ〈０．０１），提示中西医结合治疗有较好的腐脱、敛疮、止痛作用，可加速放射性溃疡的愈合。外治疗法在本病治疗中具有重要作用。

34 radioulcer patients were divided randomly into two groups, the TCM-WM group (17 cases) and the WM group (17 cases). The TCM-WM group was treated mainly with oral administration and external treatment of TCM plus wet-compressing with antibiotics, gradual elimination of necrotic tissue and symptomatic treatment. The latter group was treated with Western medicine therapy only including pain-killer, antibiotics, debridement and dressing change.
