目的 观察五虎汤对婴幼儿哮喘患儿外周血树突状细胞(DC)共刺激分子CD80、CD83和CD86表达的影响,为探讨五虎汤防治本病的机制提供依据.方法 将60例痰热壅肺证哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,并设健康组(10名健康体检儿童)作对照.以Thomas法分离、培养并诱导治疗组(采用五虎汤口服)、对照组(采用西药辅舒酮等吸入或口服)和健康儿的外周血树突状细胞(DC),流式细胞仪检测外周血DC表面共刺激分子(CD80、CD83和CD86)的表达,并分析其治疗前后的变化.结果 治疗前哮喘患儿外周血DC表面CD80、CD86的表达较健康组明显升高(P
